Perfect match for a city escape in Bournemouth with fantastic value for money. The meals were piping hot with good portion sizes. Consider using local taxis for an easier commute.

The location of the hotel is particularly good and unbeatable, just next door to the main square, the local shops and the beach and local restaurants and pubs. Plus, it's only 1 km from an award-winning oceanarium.

The breakfast was sufficient. Checking in and out is uncomplicated.
The shower curtain sticks to you while showering. The beds were too hard.

Great ocation, for what we paid we had really good value for money. Lovely clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was really nice, staff were prompt and the food hot. Space to safely park our car. We had a fire alarm and the hotel was evacuated, the staff promptness was very reassuring for our personal safety.

Comfy ensuite rooms with a good cooked English breakfast.
Not a lot of parking at the hotel and the on-street parking gets very crowded.

The staff here were super friendly and really helpful, always smiling. The family room we got was huge and clean, with fresh sheets and loads of tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was yummy too, lots of options and always refilled fresh. Location was chill, only a short walk to the beach, and the parking situation was sorted perfect for us. Loved having a cozy bar area for drinks after a long day out.
The hotel is kinda dated, and some parts looked like they needed a facelift. Could hear everything from other rooms, hard to sleep sometimes.

Neat and tidy hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast
Cleaners / housekeeping very noisy in the mornings, which was annoying as we were working nights. ( had requested a quiet room on booking). Each morning made 3 attempts to get into room even though I asked not to be disturbed.
